Was overcharged for medicine that made my cat so high I took him to the er. There records were so bad they couldn't tell me when they gave him the meds or how much until the er called them. Get pet insurance and go to anywhere else. I am so done with banfield.
BanfieldPetHosp is a great place to take your animals for their care! The staff is wonderful and always helpful!!!!
The care team was knowledgeable in the ability to ease our dogs anxiety, and aggressiveness he has. Very patient with him.
I am leaving Banfield in Northglenn after 11 years. I have been going to Thornton/Broomfield location since the last negative interaction I had at Northglenn. The new location has been great so far. Super sad about Northglenn they have been with my baby since she was 8 weeks old. I recently found out that the Brandon I had an issue with has been rude to others.
