I am leaving Banfield in Northglenn after 11 years. I have had a few bad experiences with this location in the last 5 years. I have had some good doctors and technicians but the bad that has recently taken place is just too much. This last interaction and the one a couple months ago could have definitely hurt my dog because of their actions and I can no longer dismiss it as a fluke incident. Faith at front desk is rude and unprofessional!
So i called last Tuesday for appt for my puppy to get shots and an exam. Made an appt for Sunday @9AM. I get there to only to be told i didnt have an appt. I checked my phone to make sure i was at the right store and the phone number matched that i had called on Tuesday. She asked for my number to double check and said no again. She has all my info on file minus the appt. So i asked her how she had my info since ive never been there before. She didnt know.
