The service has gone down at the Northglenn location. Some of the desk staff are unfriendly. They have a hard time with keeping appointments straight.
Always easy scheduling. Friendly staff. Very professional. Reasonable prices.
Trying to get help is a joke from this place.. did the owp and I don't have access to the website, was told a person would reach out to me and then never heard back.. tried to reach out again and the receptionist is just giving attitude... I regret using this place...
I have had a run in with a couple bad technicians at this location over a 12 year period but in the end this Banfield Dr Drake (who is no longer here) & Dr Cano and the whole staff that is currently here have done an amazing job taking care of my baby. She was here from 8 weeks old to 12. They were there for her till the end and I appreciate it thank you. Yesterday was a very hard day and everyone went above and beyond to help her reach the other side.
I have been told wrong information and overcharged on several occasions at this Banfield location in Northglenn. The most recent experience the lady hung up on me and hasnt called me back, I believe her name is summer, but who knows if that is true. I’ve been lied to so many times I’m not sure what is true.
