greedy. priority is on upsells not your pet. staff is poorly trained which is not their fault. if you love your animal take them anywhere else
My opinion: Stay away ... unless you like to be treated badly, scared and pushed into extra services, charged for services that are supposed to be payed for through the wellness plan you are already paying for every month, threatened and so on!
