Dr. St. Clair is awful. I took my dog in because he hurt himself. Instead of doing a proper exam, she read in the notes (from a previous Banfield - Parker location) that he supposedly had degenerative disc disease (news to me) and assumed that's what was wrong with him. She reluctantly gave me some Rimadyl. She also told me he was overweight, gave me some essential fatty acids and a prescription weight loss food. I highly recommend Dr. Nathan Simon! He is the best vet I have ever taken my animals to. He takes the time to try and figure out the root cause of my dogs ailments instead of just treating the symptoms. He takes the time to actively listen and answer all of your questions and concerns. He even gave me information on pet insurance plans that would help cover the cost of my dogs allergy medicine. One visit to their lobby, waited half hour for the disinterested clerk to help. The clerk was then annoyed to provide medical records ... so I went someplace else. It looked painful to work there.
