I've experienced a few different locations and this one by far has always been kind, considerate, and understanding. My cat hates the vet regardless of location, because her first experiences with vets were really bad during spaying and her first anesthesia experiences. Can't imagine what a pet goes through when they can't understand a blackout under anesthesia, or why it's happening, plus being surrounded by other pets in the same panic! They wanted to do surgery on a hematoma located on my dogs ear. Gave me no other options. Said it was 900 bucks. Tried to get me to sign up for a payment plan they said would make it cheaper today. Did the math and paying on the plan plus the payment due would actually increase the overall money spent. I said I’m not paying that without getting a second opinion. Went to Horizon Animal clinic on bridge. They said he didn’t need surgery and the fluid would reabsorb as the swelling went down. New meds and instead of 900 it was ... read more
