RecommendedAlways Great Service and Staff!
Giant waste of money if your pet is on the wellness plan. It was super convenient when we lived in Irmo and Harbison was the closest location. Now I live on the other side of town, rock throwing distance from the Fort Jackson location, and they’ve probably been closed more days than they’ve been open since we’ve lived over here (almost 8 months). On Friday, April 20, 2018 I witnessed Dr. Bailey and the front office staff navigate a customer service issue with a client in a professional and courteous manner. The client was demanding to go against medical advice to administer a medication that posed a potential risk to her pet. Dr. Bailey and staff handled the client with class and diffused the situation in the most professional way possible. We are so impressed with the staff at the Fort Jackson Banfield Clinic. Our dog recently had to be put down which was an incredibly difficult experience for my husband and me. Dr. Davis and staff answered all our questions over many phone calls and office visits. When the time came, they were so caring, sensitive, and helpful. I can't thank them enough for their kindness during such a hard time. I highly recommend their clinic.
Very nice staff. They were quick at getting me in. The sitting rooms where you wait with your pet are nice. My dogs seemed to be less nervous. And it's great that they are open on Sun. Where my regular Vet is not.
Thank you Dr Smith! I have my Roscoe back since he started on his thyroid meds!!! You suspected the problem within minutes of meeting him. He's happy and even playful again. Grateful he saw you...you have a new patient, we'll be back!
