Dr. Haas is the best!! She loves what she does and you can tell. Im picky abiut where my dogs go and I wouldn't take them to anyone else! The staff is amazing as well!
Lots of hateful reviews here.....I for one had a pretty good experience. My cat Charlie had been having issues urinating. Went to Easley Animal Hospital and they wanted like $500 in test done before I got any answers or CHOICES in care. Called Banfield and they saw us within 2 hours. Ran only the urine test 1st(makes sense) and found he in fact has a UTI. Got his meds. Total cost was under $200. Thank you for helping my Charlie!
Thank you so much to Dr. Haas and the staff for taking care of our beloved Boogie. Their care and compassion is much appreciated.
Banfield killed my beloved dog. I'm not exaggerating. They sent her home with a dangerously low blood sugar and she began having seizures and eventually died (I didn't receive the lab results until after she died). When I called the next morning to ask them to please put her to sleep because the seizures were just torture for her, I was told there was a 5 hour wait. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
I think they need to communicate better with there customers tell you one time the girl who opened the door tells me a different time my email said appt was st 9am they still not opening doors
