RecommendedMy dog has a very difficult time going to the vet. She is overprotective and gets bad anxiety. We tried bringing her to the Myrtle location with no success, we had to reschedule. This time we decided to to go to Surfside. We put my dog in a muzzle and this time was so much better. Kaitlyn was amazing with my dog who was very scared. Its a difficult process usually and she made it so much easier. Thank you!!

I’ve been taking my puppy here since July and while I wish I could give them 5 stars I just can’t do that! All the employees are so nice however they are closed way too often due to the dr being out? I’ve had to take my dog in for a weight check to get meds only to get there and they be closed (the sign always says an emergency) I’ve called on numerous occasion and closed but when I called the corporate they said it was because the dr has been out. I’ve also been told by the other local Banfield it’s due to a shortage of vet... read more

Banfield medical for our pets is not there for you when you need help with your pet. Why do I pay every month only to have them turn me away and send me to an outside veterinarian. I was told they have up to date service and would give my pet the best of care. Boy is that a joke, they take my money and give me no service
Very upseting!! A patient for 10 years in California moved here cancelled my plan cause everytime I went in a new vet, quality declined, last evening went in with an emergency they turned me away made me drive 20 mins in traffic to an ER hospital, they are PATHETIC and heartless!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING ELSE AT PETSMART!!!
Love Dr. Kaylor! He's amazing and staff loves Ace too. Never makes me feel like I'm not taking care of my dog like some other vets.

I've taken my Maggie here since I got her when she was 2 months old (now 6 months). Everyone knows her and always gives her lots of love. Dr Hughes is amazing with explaining what is going on and is always wonderful with answering any and all of my questions. So thankful to have a caring vet staff right down the road to help care for my furbaby ��
