Paid for wellness plan however our Sadie died just a few months after we started it. I have been trying to cancel it since July 9th with no luck. They want us to continue to pay for services they can’t do because Sadie is dead. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

They fit my dog in around their day, had her just stay until they could get her taken care of between actual appointments. Everyone was nice. I appreciated they would just take care of us, trip planned tomorrow and now shot records accurate�
I took my dog to get a tooth extracted. They called me a few hours later to tell me everything had gone well BUT her temp was too low to perform any kind of surgery. I get that. I don’t want my dog to be in danger. But then I left there having to pay almost $100 for surgery meds, and no surgery was performed?? That’s the part as a customer that I did NOT understand. Place is a joke. Ladies working the front are always nice. But the entire Banfield franchise is a joke! Why would you want to pay $35 a month for a service and when you no longer need it, they tell you; you have to pay out any outstanding balances from their services. What is our money actually going to? Never will we ever bring another pet to them. EVER AGAIN!
