They are so wonderful. Dr Wood set there and answered every question and one's that I would have never knew to ask. My husband and I are very pleased with them and just love Dr. Wood
Absolutely terrible service, and when you make a complaint, they give you excuses and try to prove you wrong. I just hung up on them because the woman was trying to tell me that their Tech offered us a drop-off appointment, and that is UNTRUE. So, I didn't even entertain her, I just hung up. DO NOT buy the Wellness Plan. It is a waste of money. We tried to make an appointment for our pet several times, and we were given an appointment that was almost one month away.... ridiculous... I want to thank Dr. Fine and the wonderful staff at Banfield (Kelly, Felicia, Shelly, Amber, Anna, Mateasha, Megan and Brian) for taking such great care of my Henry. He was so very sick and I'm sad he lost his fight with IMHA, however, it gives me much comfort knowing that Henry was held and loved on during his blood transfusions and therapy while at Banfield. I bring my pets to this location and I live 7 hours away. My babies trust them, I trust them. The only downside with any location I have been to is full disclosure (if you didn't do a test -tell me) that is an example. I would move back that way if a job opened up just so we could be readily accessible to Bossier City location. Maybe I can them to all move to Victoria?!
I absolutely love bringing my babies here!! The staff is very polite and always helpful. I find them very affordable and always easy and fast service. They truly care about the well being of your fur babies :)
