RecommendedDr. Jennifer Murphy and her staff are awesome, always making my fur babies feel at ease. Princess, 5 yrs and Dixie, 3 yrs have always had the wellness plans. The reminders for appointments help out tremendously and the follow-up phone call the following day adds an extra touch of caring.

I am so happy with my decision to sign up for the wellness plan. My puppy has been sick, and I have been able to bring her in 3 times in the past week at no cost to me! Dr. Cross has been so amazing with my Rosie Belle!! She is very knowledgable and truly cares for your pet! The staff has been super friendly and helpful! They even call you after your appointment to check on them and make sure they are doing ok.
We LOVE Dr. Stafford! And everyone else here!
My Bandit has been cared for at Banfield Covington since he was about 3 months old. He has received the best care from the ladies at the front desk, the techs and vets. He gets excited whenever I mention Dr Murphy. He is always so relaxed when we are there. My Blossom is a rescue and is a very nervous baby girl. The staff was wonderful with her and Bandit when I dropped them off for their comprehensive and dental this morning. Dropping them off when I know they are cared for is such a good feeling for this nervous mama!!!
The Dr's and Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very gentle and caring with our pets.
