They were terrific with my cat who's leery of strange people & places. This is where we'll be going for all of her check ups and nail trims.
I would give them 100 stars if I could! They were absolutely amazing! We had adopted a cat from Animal House 5 days before and the cat was very sick, although they (Animal House) didn't tell us that. We had to put her down, her kidneys were shutting down. We were devastated and in shock. The 2 ladies (I wish I knew their names) who examined our baby and gave us the terrible news were sympathetic and cried along with us. They stayed over their scheduled time to accommodate us.
