RecommendedGreat staff very reassuring
I recently had to say goodbye to two beloved cats, and the whole team at Banfield could not have been more caring and supportive. I especially want to thank Dr. Boutet for her guidance and compassion. They even sent me a sympathy card with personal messages from all the staff, and my cat's paw prints on the card. Thanks for helping me through the part of pet parenting that we all dread but know is inevitable.
Took forever to get since things accomplished but I didn’t leave empty handed
Never go here!! My sweet puppy just tragically died at 8 months and I have to pay monthly for her Wellness Plan for the next 6-7 months!! Or they send me to collections! Evil. I told another vet about this who told me they have quotas to meet at Banfield �. This place cost me a fortune, and I'm still paying even though I no longer even have a pet.
The doctors here are very kind and helpful! The VA/VT's are so caring and you can tell they love what they do! This location is very comfortable in the wait room. The set up is very homey.
My cat was misdiagnosed by 2 different vets there. ..she had a large malignant intestinal tumor. She died 2 months later. Im still being charged for the wellness plan. Then they sent a card in the mail a week ago saying she was due for comprehensive exam!
Thanks for taking Beanie in this morning and fixing her split nail. She's feeling much better now!
