We had a very poor Customer experience at this Place, Both the Lady at the Reception and the Doctor, showed no consideration even though we were sorry we were late, they cancelled the appointment of 8:00 AM were as we were told that appointment was at 7:00, total miscommunication, no communication or call informing us about the cancellation, not willing to accommodate, poor customer service, only after money and treat customers like S**t, plan to cancel, will never go back to this place
Great doctors and staff! They have great hours and it's easy to get an appointment.
Dr. Pierce and staff were all amazing. I felt that the exam was very thorough and all of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. It has been a long while since I have felt welcomed at a pet hospital. Thank so much for the services you all provided for my little furry son. :)
