All our pets are serviced here. They are great!! However today they helped with putting my baby to sleep. Thank you for being so wonderful during this most difficult decision and time. You made it a bit easier for me with your care and compassion.
When I can get in, the doctors are great for the most part. I’m not impressed with the customer service and thus lower stars. I was waiting for someone to finish up, and sat down as it can be a wait sometimes. The front staff made eye contact with me and said they’d be with me, but after finishing with who was in front of me, the phone rang. They didn’t put them on hold which they should have. Just started there but so far loving them everyone professional and polite. Love the doctor and her assistant and even after his vist they called the next day to check up on him ..
I really am glad Dr Seipel is taking care of Jake, Lila, ClydeB and Bonbon. 2 pups 2 kittens who play together! Not pushing treatments on me, giving me options and clear concise info. When Lila acts like her little diva self he owns the moment! Best place!
