The staff and Vets are great with my dog.
I should have know Banfield would play Banfield games! I brought a pet to them over 10 years ago to get vaccines and got a free exam. I'm on a fixed income so I was very specific in asking them in two separate phone calls if that was going to prevent me from getting a free exam for my cat. I had enough to cover everything else if the initial exam was free. I wanted to know if the exam wasn't going to be free because if it wasn't I was going to wait another month to have the full amount but they assured me. So how humiliated ... read more
