thousands of dollars a year in plans and can barely book an appointment the staff is obviously overwhelmed the veterinary services varies greatly by the person cant even manage to get a prescription refilled for an immobile dog its just going to have to wait til the doctors vacation is over is ridiculous and shameful
Too many clients, not enough veterinarians. I’ve tried to get my Wellness Plan dental done since June! I still have to wait until Late December!! Not the best interest for your pets overall health. Do not recommend. I will use out my Well was Plan and move on.
RecommendedThis location was absolutely amazing with our cat Onyx, we brought him in because he was very lathargic and weak, we didn't know what was going on, they immediately took him when I came in and examined him, He unfortunately had a large tumor and he didn't have much time to live and was in a lot of pain, The vetrinarian on shift gave me so much information on what our options were for him, but ultimately we chose to let him go. They've been wonderful with our last furbaby and now we have a new one and they have once again been great!
They got my baby Marley right in with no wait time. The cost was reasonable too. I will definitely consider going back😊
I took my cat in for his first appointment with this clinic. He was ten years old and my constant companion. His appointment was at 4pm. He died at 5:40pm. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I love Banfield pet hospital. Dr Virgin is awesome and the staff is amazing to work with.
This Banfield facility is a disgrace. They are not organized, you can't get your animal in for an appointment when it is imperative for your animal to be seen. They mix up times if appointments. The wait time when you do have an appointment is terribly long. The rooms don't have the equipment the doctor needs when examining your dog. The rooms aren't cleaned up before they put you in one. The misdiagnosed by dogs eye issue. When I tried to get a follow up appointment for an emergency eye issue they wanted me to wait a week. ... read more
