I was a good customer for a few years and how did Banfield repay me? How about collections because my pet died 8 months ago and I refuse to pay the bs monthly payments. I adopted a new pet after my pet passed away and they would not let that money be used for my new pets shots etc. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. Banfield sucks!

Had our two Dashounds in for Dental cleanings and they did very well. Dr. Pestalozzi was excellent and very good at explaining their care and needs. Looking forward to seeing them again for future needs.
