Never again, Banfield.
Had a appointment for 10:15 am for a comprehensive exams for our two chihuahuas. Check in and they said somebody would be out to get them, half hour later I ask whats up. She states they are short staffed, I said ok your just going to take them in the back why are we waiting. So she takes the dogs back and that was it. It is 6 hours later and still haven't got out dogs. Never again will I go here with any pet. Recommend staying away from here at all cost. Terrible service!!!!

They are amazing, they stayed open late to take care of my fur baby when he ate an Advil. They took really good care of him and saved my baby.
