absolutely horrible. made an appointment same day drove 30 minutes there only to be told they were too busy and would not see my pet. why did you not inform me before i got here. you could have easily called me. just a complete waste of my time and energy terrible service
entitled employees that act like they are allowed to question anybody outside, never in my life have i been questioned for standing outside a window! you have a weird attitude about it too maybe try asking nicely if you're going to try to be so controlling, ill make sure to stand outside every time i come by just for you! 🥰
It's impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. I call get placed on a long hold then when they answer they say they are going to call me back. When they do call me back she gets distracted and places me on another hold. I have always loved Banfield and have been with them for 16 years but as of lately their service hasn't been as great.
difficult to find and over charges
This is not a true Banfield. They are only open one day a week to act as an Urgent care due to a Pet smart contract. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone but when you do they are incredibly kind and try to help out the best they can. I appreciate them helping Me get connected to Banfield Old town since I was trying for 3 months to get ahold of them and they ghosted me. With their help, I finally was able to get my dogs scheduled to see the vet.
