I am extremely disappointed. This location used to have such great staff. Today, I my cat got a claw sheath stuck in his eyelid (so minor emergency). At least five medical staff present plus reception and there was zero empathy and no sense of urgency to even evaluate the cat briefly so I could take him to an emergency vet if needed. It's Labor Day and everyone is closed, so options were limited.
