The doctors themselves are usually great (with one exception) but reception is rude and argumentative.
Petsmart. No, no, no. They handed me a raw chew and recommended it. Dogs choke on these, end up at a vet, and some die!
I have been going to Banfield for 9 years now, and have never been disappointed. I always get the best care from the vets and vet techs. They always spend as much time as I need answering all of my questions, and I always feel like my dog is in good hands. I have the Dental Wellness Plan for my dog, and have saved so much money over the years, I do not regret getting it for one second. I recommend Banfield to all my family and friends!
I'm VERY disappointed with the service I received today. I was about 15 minutes late to my drop off because my cat was having some difficulties and I had to wait for the receptionist to come out and check us in. They said that they couldn't do it anymore and we would have to reschedule. Ummm EXCUSE ME. I waited a whole month to get my cat in (who has a kidney disease btw) and just because we couldn't get there right at 7:45 we can't do it anymore??? Fortunately we have not needed Banfield Pet Hospital for anything other than the routine things but the staff have been great and we have enjoyed every visit, even if the puppy doesn't really want to visit. They are so kind and patient.
