Our canine & feline family members have received their health care from Banfield in Utah for about 15 years. The staff are professional, caring & responsive to our concerns. We've been 'worked in' when our fur baby has been in sudden pain or with signs of an infection, which need immediate attention. The arrogance displayed by the vet techs and veterinarians was astounding! It was out and out financial and emotional abuse. We had a pre-arranged agreement for specific parasite treatments at a pre-agreed-upon fee of $130. The vet tech spent 7 minutes acting as if we only had a very expensive option + $260 per cat general anesthetic required tooth cleaning. Open till seven and wouldn’t take us at six because they were closed. No compassion for my kitten. Was thinking about the wellness plan they have but definitely not now after how they treated us.
Love Banfield !! This momma is very happy!! I have a 12 year old mixed boy and he can have a temper. He loves them!! He has so much more pep in the step when he leaves there.. Lol Five stars
