This place is so stressful. The front desk would rather refer you to your account or an app to get any information on your pet and to find your receipt than help you. They got my all worked up thinking my dog was going to die and ran a ton of test to find out there is nothing wrong with him and he's dehydrated... This did so much to me emotionally.
