Unorganized. Not one person knows what is going on.. Can't get an accurate quote. I will be going elsewhere to continue my dogs care.
I think the Banfield group are awesome!! Dr. Morford, Jenny, and Gina have been great with both of my boys and with me. They covered all the issues possible about my dogs, I am very impressed with their wellness program and signed up both my boys. Just finished having both get their teeth cleaned and the staff was so good with them and giving me instructions on what to expect as they came out of the anesthesia. They even called the next day to check on them!! I LOVE this place!!!
I give them 0 stars because they failed to follow up with us.
