Small ShihTzu. They are great with him
I’m extremely disappointed with the care my dog received here. I dropped her off before 8 AM for an appointment regarding anxiety medication and didn’t pick her up until 6 PM. When I finally got her back, she immediately peed for a very long time and then drank water nonstop — clear signs she hadn’t been let out or given water all day. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they “don’t take dogs out” because the parking lot is too dangerous, and they “don’t always leave water” because dogs could get wet. Well judging by the fact that I was asked to leave a review 4 years AFTER any of my animals have ever been seen indicates the record keeping is crap. When we used the Banfield pet hospital in Papillion years ago, the staff was great. Increase in cost (as with anything) and being able to find cheaper services was our reason for leaving initially. The staff were always there to help me out with moving things around so I and my pet could get in to see the vet. I have felt at each visit my pet received their full attention and solving the problems. Vets are knowledgeable and caring. Will be returning as my pet needs attention.
I bring my dog and cat into Banfield’s for all their needs. They are very polite and respectful and very loving towards my pets. They are very much appreciated.
