I have unfortunately been a frequent flyer at Banfield in Concord but this team of vets and technicians and front end staff always make me feel reassured when one of my 4 pups need to visit for the day for serious injuries to the stereotype trip for porcupine quills as Kimber did today. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences at Banfield in Concord. Whenever my dog Iggy needs to come in whether its for a scheduled appointment or an "emergency" situation, I can always get him in with ease. We have been taking him to Banfield for 4 years now, and even though Iggy is afraid of most strangers, he loves Dr. Ring, Dr. Smith and all the other vet techs because they treat him so well and make him feel comfortable. I have never had a problem here! When emergencies have come up they get me in right away. I have been going since I got my dog at 8 weeks old and she's 2 and a half now and have had great experiences. My dog loves going to the vet and the techs and vets are amazing and very personable and I feel their love for my dog. I will continue going here for as long as I have pets!
I generally really love this Banfield location and the staff - but I just called in looking for some recommendations on how to handle a tick problem (as Advantix and First Shield aren't working) and they had no other useful information.
