We have an older rescue with trauma before we got him. He needed to go down for tooth surgery. I have found this pet clinic to be inflexible and unable to put him under. They are inflexible and it is multiple trips as they try to figure out anything but a doscile animal. We have been paying for their insurance so felt locked into them. My husband and I showed up at 6:50PM this evening to pick up our dog’s medicine. Per the Banfield website, and this Facebook page, the pet hospital closes at 7PM on Wednesdays. To our surprise, the entire pet hospital was closed down upon our arrival. When we asked the PetsMart manager, she said Banfield was “short-staffed,” which somehow justifies them deciding to go home early. RecommendedI just want to reach out and say how thankful I am for Dr. Schoch and the team on staff today. It was such a hard day today to say good bye to our sweet Coco. They treated us like family, and made sure she passed south ease and comfort. I couldn't have asked for a better staff.

Banfield is perfect!! They are not expensive like most veterinary clinics!! I paid $80 and that covered him for all of his shots and testing! Thereafter I pay $45 a month and that covers any and everything he will ever need!!
Dr. Susan was extremely attentive to my lab and had great information to offer
