The Vet didn't take an accurate temperature, (she said she doesn't like putting the thermometer all the way in because then the animals don't like her.) And then when administering a vaccine, went all the way through my cat's skin so she had to stick him again. Then at checkout my bank card wouldn't go through so I used another form of payment, only to get online at home and see my account was charged.
We had to put our dog down and the staff was outstanding. They allowed us all of the time we needed to be with her. The vet personally sent us a sympathy card as did the staff with a stamp of her paw print. Thank you so much for helping us through a difficult time!!! It made it a little easier!!!
They took my puppy in after so many places told me that i was going waiting for a week of availability. My puppy has a fractured leg, thats something i couldnt just wait for. They took him and couple hours later, i get a call saying they didnt have the material for a splint but 2 workers went out of their way to grab the material from med vet on their break to proceed. Very friendly staff. Even called the next day just to check on the pup

The Jiffy Lube of pet "care". I won't refer to this establishment as a "vet". Scare tactics, straight up lies, hidden costs and charges, unnecessary procedures- honestly I'm surprised they didn't try to sell my fianceé a new cabin air filter for my dog. Brought the dog in for anal gland expression and he leaves without his incisors. These people should be ashamed. I'll never return.
First time there, Dr. Chris, Ed and Andrea were wonderful. Cash loved them all. They made him feel like it was all about him. Thanks to everyone there.
