Haley needs to be retrained with her customer service skills
We have been going to Banfield in Hilliard for 12 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The care is unparalleled and the entire staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. I have to make a special mention of Dr. Stambaugh. Her compassionate and comprehensive care is second to none. We have been blessed to have her, and the entire staff at Banfield, care for our pups!
Great staff, wonderful hours and not over the top price wise.
I have taken my pets to this location for the past 9 yrs and even though the vet may change, or the asst may change they have always been helpful and kind. This last visit was really painful, my kitty of 13 years had cancer and was getting very bad and my son and I had to have batman euthanized. They did everything they possibly could to make sure she was comfortable as well as my son and I. It was so hard and hurt us to do this, but we knew it was the right thing to do for her. Absolutely love this place!!! Took my baby there for the first time and the vet and vet assistant were so great to her! They took the time to ease her into her shots since it was her first time there. Very caring staff; purchased the wellness plan and have no regrets! Highly recommend!!!!!
