Took off work today and got ready with my puppy in a great mood to go up and her her checked out at the clinic, going to sign up and purchase wellness plan and make all appointments for future spay, shots,etc. Got there to meet a very rude employee named Taylor, she told me that I had not appointment, and nothing in the system and that corporate takes the appointments but they don't get them and people come in mad and there is nothing she can do about it.
