I'd say I had it all together good experience unfortunately when I looked at my paperwork it seems that the exam and the other things that I paid for weren't really performed. On the exam paperwork for my puppy there was no wait no height no other health information at all. The only thing that I found on there is that they said that my 3-month-old pit terrier weighed 1 lb. For 172.00 at least like to have some paper record to track the growth and development of my dog which I didn't receive.

Overall, my experience at this location has been very disappointing. They seem to schedule far too many patients for the size of the space, and the staff appear overwhelmed and overworked. The drop-off appointments are especially inconvenient — particularly when you’ve scheduled weeks in advance. Follow-up instructions from the doctor are often rushed and delivered in a brief, run-on explanation at the end of the day, which leaves little room for questions or clarity. I am writing this on behalf of my friend, whose 8-year-old Pomeranian tragically passed away due to the gross negligence of Banfield Pet Hospital. Since November, their dog had been suffering from loss of appetite and intermittent vomiting.
