They have been amazing! I am so happy I am working with them (and so is our pup!). They are forward thinking, responsive and cost effective. The only area I could see for improvement is the facilities are looking a little down at the heel on Lombard Street (but so is everything on Lombard Street!).
Banfield Marina is where we take Klay for all his Care needs. Dental Cleaning. Physical Exams. Urgent Care. Vaccinations. He walks in a little scared but eventually develops his trust of the team because they always take such good care of him! Scheduling through the app is easy. The onic is always clean. Check in is quick and always on time. Staff keep us updated throughout the stay. Even during drop offs, they are quick to keep us informed. The Vets are great and Care for Klay thoroughly and comprehensively with compassion ... read more
Really the worst place to bring your cat. Especially if your cat is kind of shy. They have no patience. They man handle cats and leave them injured. Cat came in for a simple vaccine and left with nails being damaged. Using handling gloves on a shy cat is the most ridiculous next step. Instead of asking the owner to come inside.
Banfield Pet Hospital has a 3.7 star rating with 137 reviews.
