One of the worst bank on Miami. Really bad customer service. I don't recommend the bank.

I read the reviews on this bank and I was a little hesitant to go in. But I went and I walked in here Adriana was fantastic. The process for opening accounts was completely smooth and better than I most large banks. Don't know where it's 1 star comes from but I would give this 5 stars all day long!
Te desaconsejo totalmente abrir una cuenta en este banco. Son gente que no cumple lo que dice y luego se inventa cosas. Y si tengono 3.3 algo no funciona gracias a dios no he abioerto nada con ello y he salvado mi dinero y tampoco tengono el coraje y dignidad de una confrontación vocal conmigo dejan ese banco
