Your Heart ain't nothing to play with people find a real doctor who will see his patients!! 1st time I've seen an assistant In a white lab coat, I thought only doctors wore them? Tells me everything is fine without looking at the test, Has an attitude when asked questions!
Dr. Banerjee is great if you don't need a cardiologist who knows what he's doing.
This review is more for nurse Michelle than for Dr. Banerjee. He seems dedicated but exercises little control over his staff, I believe. My interaction was with Michelle when questioned about not returning phone calls. A professional does not show attitude when a patient calls her direct line and ask for a return call. Early calls are said to be returned by the end of the day. That did not happen in my case. Because of this I was left to treat myself and I am not a doctor.
I just love Dr Banerjee. I'm a new patient suffering from afib and the Dr has taken excellent care of me. He referred me to Dr V for ablation surgery and has been A+ all the way from the referral to bedside after and before surgery. His staff are the best Michelle and Natalie to name a few have been the Best throughout this journey. He is caring supportive and extremely compassionate. I'm very satisfied. Thanks Dr Banejee
I'd like to review Dr. Banerjee, but we didn't meet. His staff was unprofessional. After greeting someone at the front desk, the building had a previously-scheduled fire drill. The staff said NOTHING about it. We found out patients weren't expected to participate AFTER walking down 3 flights of stairs. I waited a total of 50 minutes only to discover they had not even set me up as being present. Then, I found out Dr. B wasn't even there. They just didn't care. TERRIBLE APATHETIC SERVICE.
Excellent and so smart. He treats me like I am his most important patient at all visits. His knowledge in his field is better than excellent. He is one of the best there is.
Awesome...he has a caring bedside manner, explains everything well, is patient and does not have a big ego. He is a lovely man with a pleasant sense of humor.
