I am very pleased with the work that was done by Bane and Moon. Very quick in responding to calls. Very respectful and professional. Work was completed quickly. Very neat and cleaned up work areas well. I would definitely contact them again for any future work.
8 years ago they replaced one of my heat pumps and it cost me $9,000. 2 years ago they replaced the other heat pump in my house, which is smaller than the first one that was replaced, and it cost me $14,000. After 2 years a part failed on the unit that was just replaced, and they were going to charge me for the part and the labor. After arguing they did take off the cost of the part.
