My Rose gold Star of David necklace was stuck in the vacuum cleaner and ripped. My husband bought me a brand new one, a bigger one from Zales, the same store I bought the initial necklace. Dropped off a watch to be sized on 12/31/12. The owner told me the watch would be ready in an hour. I advised him I would be back the following day. However, I returned 2 days later & the watch was not ready. The female clerk behind the counter was of no help & expected me to wait around another hour or come back tomorrow.
