Great dentist but horrible receptionist. After going there for 6 years for a REGULAR cleaning covered by insurance, at my last visit I was told that what Dr OSS provides is now a periodontal cleaning and it isn't covered. I get a periodontal cleaning in a periodontal office elsewhere and I know the difference. The part that really doesn't make sense is they cleaned my teeth for 6 years and it was covered but now it's suddenly a periodontal cleaning disallowing it from coverage.

Staff is kind and caring. Quality care at an affordable price.
They are very helpful and friendly very happy with their work.
