Came in to size my omega speedmaster. Watch was returned with multiple stripped screws... They gaslight me into believing it was already like that or that my watch was the issue. After a lot of back and forth, they accepted to send it in to their watch maker in woodbridge to figure out a resolution. A week goes by and i get the call to come pick up the watch. They ended up polishing down the screws and said they will graciously not charge me for anything… The right thing to do here was to replace the screws and call it a day... read more
