The worst experience ever. I went here for my watch repair. Associate who worked here only informed the estimate over the phone, which I couldn’t understand what he was saying about cost $1300. And I asked for sending an email about detail, he said no. Without repair, they charge for $65+tax for nothing. It should’ve communicated to client what charge will be for even though there’s no repair. And whoever assisting today seems have no idea. Had a terrible experience. My fiance and I went today to buy wedding bands. We rang the bell to be let in. The sales girl just kept standing at the desk, sipping on her drink, made hard eye contact for a few minutes and didn't bother to move and open the door to let us in. It was a humiliating experience, and we ended up shopping from a different store. It's a shame that such racist people are ruining shopping experience for shoppers. I recently purchased a Grand Seiko from Bandiera and had an excellent experience. Giorgio and Paul were welcoming and knowledgeable; each took the time to answer my questions and assist me while I revisited a watch I had been considering for quite some time. The process was smooth from start to finish; I really don't think I could have asked for anything more. I would absolutely recommend visiting here.
I purchased a Longines and An Omega from Paul. I was amazed at his knowledge. I appreciate his enthusiasm for his work and his kindness. I hope to be back in the coming months! Thank you again!
