We are super disappointed in Bandera Ranch in Waco, TX. My daughter & her roommates moved in last year & the townhome was not cleaned prior to move-in, it took forever to get anything repaired, and several of the toilets were left unrepaired & running so long that we were billed a much higher water bill. Upon move-out we left the unit clean & in much better shape than it was on move-in but Bandera kept over $400 of our deposits for cleaning & misc fees.
