Whenever we moved into these apartments the window was broken and a few shelves in our closet were broken as well, not only that the windows are poorly made and all sorts of insects flew in through the cracks of the windows, and so so many roaches!!, all the appliances are very outdated and the washers and dryer almost never worked, you definitely get what you pay for, mail was constantly broken into!! I enjoyed my 3 years living here Managment always took care of us hardly had issues in my unit Roachs wernt a issue if we did find some they were dead most of the people living here are friendly always clean and well kept
My daughter lives here, and so far, if I'm not mistaken, if she has a problem, they've been prompt to fix it. I have not heard any complaints about bugs, rodents, or bad management . So far, so good. Thanks for taking care of my daughter. 😁
I love it here at Bandera Crossing! I cant wait to move back in for my future stay. The office staff is very understanding and always friendly. Catherine and Alyssa made my transition very easy and I truly appreciate them all here at Bander Crossing. This place is always very clean, quiet, and work orders are promptly handled, and the POOL, OMG, its nice! Thank you for all you do!
Great Place to live! The office staff is super friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team gets things fixed the next day! Love it here!
