Bandana's- Bar-B-Q is Southern Style BBQ - seasoned with a "dry rub" and cooked sauceless,then hand-cut to order straight from the smoker. All Bandana's pork, beef, chicken and ribs are specially prepared over a pit of select hardwoods to create our signature smoked flavor. It serves up what it promises! The Bandana's BBQ chains seem to me like they serve exactly what one expects when going in... Good BBQ with several signature sauces on every table. The menu doesn't have lots of variety - but it covers all the basics a BBQ place is expected to have. Only thing I've had that I wouldn't really recommend is their "fried corn on the cob". Bar B Q I have to say that I've been to several other Bandanas in the St. Louis area, and this is by far, my favorite. The food is always hot and plentiful, and I leave full and satisfied. The sauces are wonderful!
