I was taken to the procedure room within 10 minutes of my arrival at the clinic. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well as efficient. I was kept informed of every part of the procedure as it progressed. All my questions were answered and the doctor's phone number provided should I have more questions at a later time. Great crew!
