We have used Bandago twice now, both for one way trips and the 15 seater Ford Transit. The customer service at both locations were great And answered all of our questions over the phone or via text in a timely manor. In the summer we rented from Portland for two weeks and returned on LA. The van was the perfect size for exploring the coast down the more narrow roads that our RV would have never made. This is the second time we have rented a van for a family trip and both times have been great!!!
