I highly recommend Band of Brothers Construction. The estimator came to my home and provided a fair estimate. They gave me a start date and told me that if an opening came up, they'd move my job up. I had a fantastic experience working with the Band of Brothers crew. Everyone involved was thorough in their explanations and took the time to ensure I fully understood each step of the process. Sam and Adam ran a great crew, got in, worked through quirky logistics and terrain, communicated well and helped manage my challenging neighbors. In the end they delivered a beautiful deck. I am glad I went with the complete tear down and replace rather than just a re-deck.
