Given all of the glowing recommendations, I thought that I chosen a good vet in my new community. I was extremely disappointed by my 1st appointment. I didn't receive any sort of "welcome to the practice" packet. I didn't get to meet either vet, as a tech did the blood draw and heartworm tests on my dogs. I waited for 10 minutes for them to do the tests. (That's great! As a former vet lab tech, I appreciate "while you wait" testing. It's an awesome service to offer clients.)
