This woman is a thief. Being a realtor myself, I had asked a friend that worked for her to handle my personal home purchase for a discounted commission, paying my friend as a facilitator if you will and keeping the difference. We agreed upon a commission amount in the beginning of the process and at the 11th hour, Karin the broker decided to steal a significant amount of my money. This woman is unethical, underhanded, and greedy!!!!!!!!! I would stay far far away.
