I lived in this apartment complex from 2019 to 2023, and I can confidently say it was the worst-managed property I've ever experienced but had so much potential. The only thing consistent during my stay was the maintenance crew, who were great at their jobs despite the chaotic environment around them. Over those four years, we had more than ten different property managers (Mitch was cool). It felt like a revolving door, with no one sticking around long enough to address ongoing issues.
