I lived in this apartment complex from 2019 to 2023, and I can confidently say it was the worst-managed property I've ever experienced but had so much potential. The only thing consistent during my stay was the maintenance crew, who were great at their jobs despite the chaotic environment around them. I can’t say enough good things about Raechal as a property manager. She’s professional, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with real care. She’s approachable, organized, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. Having someone like Raechal managing the property makes the experience stress-free and positive—I highly recommend her!
Loved My apartment, workout room! Great staff Ms. Rachael and Maintenance Guy's take care of business. I will Truly miss living at the Bancroft!
