Going to the dentist is always nerve wracking, but I had a great experience at this office. Kelly was the most kindest and helpful receptionist that I have every met in a medical office. Dr. Lord took the time to explain everything to me clearly and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Sherry his assistant was great to talk to and made me feel relaxed. The whole team was professional and caring from start to finish. Definitely one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had.
Very friendly kind receptionist the staff are awesome and very understanding and not judgmental like other dental offices in the area. They had taken me in due to a bad infected tooth delt with issue and removed it the dentist was awesome very informative and swift prompt removal Ty for the help .
Dr. Lord and his team are excellent. I highly recommend Bancroft Dental Center.
I have never been more comfortable going to the dentist. Dr Moledina is very good at what he does. Highly recommend
