The receptionist is great. But Bradley Why himself should not be working in the mental health field. Quick to tell you “it’ll be fine, I’m an optimist!” as your mental health is falling apart. He’ll be late to every appointment—even virtually. He’ll assign you a bunch of assessments and then neglect to review them or look at them at all until you ask him to, at which point he’ll give ‘em a (super quick) glance and confirm the diagnoses you already knew you had. If you’re looking for someone who cares, look elsewhere.
