They canceled my appointment I had been waiting 2 months for, the same day it was scheduled, because I had filled out the paperwork "unprofessionally". I've been at Bancroft behavioral for 17+ years.Brad Is phenomenal!!! I tried eight other facilities before finding Bancroft and they were all nightmares. I was prescribed and given medications that were not working I had horrible side effects and the doctors just were not listening to me and didn't hear me.
