Terrible people! We went there to look at an apartment, we filled out an application but decided on another complex. They sent us a bill for $180.00!!!! Stated it’s for two applications (because we are a married couple I guess) and another $100.00 saying it’s an application fee?? Crazy! DONT GO THERE, these people are not ethical ! And it’s a threatening letter saying if we don’t pay they will turn us over to collection. Unbelievable!!
