Absolutely unpleasant experience
Robert and Mari are always very friendly and helpful. I like this Bank and its personal service. I always get my needs met with a smile. I highly recommend this bank!
I went in to ask about a business loan and neither of the two representatives could simply give the information that their website doesn't provide. Awful customer service.
This is a very small bank and we have not had a good experience....they’ve had banking breaches and there’s not enough locations which makes it banking with them very inconvenient.
